Compost Worm Bomb – Single Bomb (Eggs equivalent to ~1000 worms)

$22.50 inc. gst

5.0 (3 reviews)

Each Compost Worm Bomb contains compost worm eggs equivalent to approximately 1000 live compost worms

This is our budget worm pack for the price conscious buyer.

These eggs will take around 2-3 weeks to hatch and then another 6-8 weeks for the worms to grow to maturity and be ready to breed themselves. The amount of waste that they will consume will be minimal until they reach maturity. We call them a Compost Worm Bomb because you can almost see the worm numbers and size explode in front of your eyes:-)

This new product is designed to complement our Bag O Worms and is also included in our Little Rotter garden bed worm farm. We recommend that when you buy a Bag O Worms, you also add a Compost Worm Bomb for every extra family member. The Bag O Worms will get your worm farm started and working immediately, the Compost Worm Bomb will add dramatically to your worm farm effectiveness over time.

Our Compost Worm Egg mix may contain the following worms species: Reds, Tigers, Blues, and Night Crawlers (please note that the exact species and ratios are subject to seasonal variation and availability).

Please Note: Not available for WA or NT.

I started my worm farm with one of these after many failed attempts using worms from bunnings. It’s now 5 years later and going fantastically! I even help my friends start farms with my successful little guys.

  2. Alina

Very happy with the arrival of these worm eggs, they come in plenty of bedding and there were even 3 baby worms inside which must have hatched recently!

That’s great Alina, thank you for your feedback and all the best with your worm farming!

Should be fine .

    • Kookaburra Worm Farms

Hi John, sorry to hear about your experience with Bunnings worms! If you follow the instruction provided with our worms then I’m sure you will be completely fine in 2 months 🙂 Happy Worm Farming
