Terms and Shipping Conditions

Live Worms - Returns and Replacements:
  • We provide a live worm delivery guarantee.
  • Please check all your worms immediately upon delivery and advise us straight away if your worms have not arrived in good condition.
  • We cannot be held liable for worms that die after they have been delivered.
  • Live bait worms are available to most EAST COAST areas of Australia.
  • If you do not receive your order after a period of 14 days from placing your order please contact us via e-mail (preferred).
  • Kookaburra Worm Farms will not be responsible for errors in your ordering.
  • Please be sure to confirm your delivery details and the quantaties of each product before placing an order.

Order Processing & Shipping:
  • All orders are prepared on Mondays for interstate orders, Tuesdays and Wednesdays for QLD orders.
  • Despatch occurs by lunchtime on the above days, orders recieved after 11am will be processed on the following available despatch day.
  • Your order will be sent on the following despatch day immediately after we recieve a payment confirmation notification.
  • You will recieve an email confirmation that you order has been despatched with tracking information.


Delivery Times - Approx:
  • Qld Southern - 2 working days
  • Qld Northern, NSW Sydney near - 3 working days
  • NSW country, VIC Melbourne near - 4 working days
  • Victoria Country, SA Adelaide near - 5 working days
  • All other locations - 6 to 8 working days


Ordering:
  • Orders must be placed via our online shop and paid for using the shopping cart system before anything is sent to you.
  • If you have any questions or issues using our webshop system please contact us for assistance.
  • Once your order has been placed and paid for you will receive a confirmation email.
  • When your order is sent from our farm, we will email you to let you know it's on it's way (see above for shipping time guidelines).


Viewing Orders:
  • Once you have logged in, all previous orders you have made are located by clicking on "My Account" in the top right of any page.
  • To place a repeat order from an old order simply click on re-order.
  • Note you can also print off any tax invoices from your orders here also.
